One Week Hiatus

Quick note- I am on a one week hiatus for my wedding.  I will be back next week!  I hope that everyone has a wonderful week themselves.  I do have a few giveaways coming up this week but otherwise it is "See you in a week."

Then next week my dog goes in for surgery so I will be at home taking care of him so I should have plenty of time to share some reviews and posts.  And lots of reading time :)

Meanwhile, I have been in the mood for a good horror or suspense.  Any book ideas that can have me on the edge of my seat or freak me out so I can't sleep?  I'd love to hear them!

  2. Oh nice!! Congratulations!!!

Horror...hmm...one of my fave authors is Tamara Thorne! Her books are a little old, but when I read Haunted and Moonfall, they gave me chills with their creepiness! Like when there were bumps in the night happening, I was jumping when our house made creaks because I was reading it at night one summer!

And while not horror, Victoria Laurie writes a fabulous paranormal cozy mystery series called Ghost Hunter Mystery. Naturally every book has a ghost or two, and those can get pretty creepy themselves! Especially when reading at night in a house that can creak at random moments! ;)

  3. Congratulations on your wedding! I hope your day goes smooth and you enjoy everything!

My dog is actually going into surgery on the 30th...I'm a little worried because she is almost 11 years old...I hope you don't mind me saying this but I will keep your dog in mind when I think about mine as well.

I would love to give you a recommendation but i'm don't really like horror...

    1. Thanks so much. The day was indeed relatively smooth. I hope your dogs surgery went smooth. Ours has been postponed until we see a specialist (its apparently worse that we thought).

    1. Once I get some. Our photographer has been busy. I know I will get him being my grandfather is the one in question but he has been really busy and since this was free I don't feel right pushing him.
